Jonathan Wilkins
Director
Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry working for both PLC property companies and smaller niche regional developers. He has extensive knowledge of identifying, appraising and acquiring assets.
Jonathan is responsible for Rockhold’s development pipeline – His expertise covers all aspects of the property sector from site appraisal & acquisitions, development & design, to sales and marketing including strategy and implementation. He benefits from in-depth market knowledge and an extensive network of contacts and has worked on a wide range of development projects. He has the skills, experience and confidence to know whether a transaction is commercially viable and how to unlock the assets to maximise its potential.

Michael Johnson
Director
Michael has over 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial property development and is responsible for delivering all of Rockhold’s projects.
Michael is a qualified Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager he combines excellent analytical skills with strong management and technical ability. He has delivered a wide range of developments across all property sectors including residential, leisure, industrial, retail and offices.
His insightful thinking brings clarity at all stages of the development cycle and is focused on adding maximum value.

Ely Nunes De Paiva
Director
Ely is qualified in Economics and Property Investment & Management, spending his early career in Banking before moving on to find his true passion in property.
With over 10 years experience in the property industry he has developed excellent relationships with major agents, investors and private equity partners.
Ely has extensive experience within the residential market overseeing the sales and marketing approach for all developments. His detailed understanding of local markets and trends ensures strong, focused, cohesive sales strategies that ensure delivery of a product that is aligned with the end users needs and expectations.
